The Miami Works initiative is a community workforce program designed to connect:
- Construction developers, general contractors and sub-contractors and find the talent and professional they need to get the job done. This collaborative project, encourages all those related to the construction industry who are undertaking important projects within the City of Miami to use this Job Order Form to take advantage of the tremendous talent pool and resources within our community.
- Local employers who are look for local residents with the skills and expertise they need to run or expand their business. We partner with various specialized local workforce entities to provide you, the employer with the qualified candidates that you interview and hire!
It’s simple, just download and complete the Job Order Form below on your personal computer. This Job Order Form is to provide detailed specifications as to the types of positions being requested and what specific job attributes are required. Please be as thorough as possible in completing the Job Order Form so we can fully understand your project and employment needs.

Standing for Assets, Capital, Community, Education, Savings and Success, ACCESS Miami is the next phase of the Mayor’s Anti Poverty Initiative launched in 2001. The initiative unites City resources with similar resources available in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, to offer tools and education that enable City residents to improve their quality of life.
ACCESS Miami works with local partners on a one-on-one, customized basis to offer opportunities for residents year-round, including financial seminars, workshops, free tax sites, training, and more.
